If I had to go through with all again I would prefer to have to share my documents at one time instead of new things popping up every week. Also it was a too long of a process for me. I understand the need to make sure a person can be able to handle a mortgage payment it was just frustrating that it took that much time
The original person (Mauricio) handling the loan was ok at first, but when he made a mistake did not own up to it and passed blame to (me) the client. Fortunately his coworker/wife (Blair) and Keke handled the rest of the process and ended up salvaging the relationship with the company. Thank you ladies for being so good at your jobs and getting my wife and I into our new home.
