Very rude service I wanted to drop off a parcel and waited patiently while several people ahead of me were selecting photos. A UPS courier arrived, so I asked to scan my parcel as well. Unfortunately, clicking the barcode on the parcel was supposedly a very long process, and they refused, meaning the parcel would have to wait until the next day. This was very rude, especially since the courier only comes once a day, and if you run a collection point, it's obvious that customers want their parcels shipped quickly.

Good, patient service, to deal sith those of us who don't know how to use the machines, or how long the printing process will take (I ordered an A4 photo-quality print of my stepson's D&D character...) They were taking passport photos for a toddler while I was there, too, and were very good with the children.

My husband and l went into the shop today. Stacey was very friendly, helpfull and professional. She printed a poster for us from our phone. It is lovely, we are really pleased with it! Thankyou for all your help Stacey. We will definitely be back again.

The lady working on Saturday 17th June was incredibly helpful and kind. I'd run over to the shop mid-party to print and frame a photo for a gift and she was laughing and joking trying to help me frame everything as quickly as possible. An excellent and speedy service!
