It was in the evening about 7.30pm. The other members of staff had left except for just one employee. This is fine due to it being quieter in the evening, however there were quite a few other customers waiting for help at the till. I was waiting for about 5-10 minutes which I don’t mind. However, when I was being served the lady told me the email for film developing wasn’t working but gave me no other options as to what I could do. My husband and I went to get out photos for our passport renewals .. Served by by a young lady (Freya) who certainly knows her job .. because we are a couple ,of a certain age she helped with doing the applications online .. she didn't just help ,she actually did the process for us ..;so so professional .. obviously it's more expensive when you have help but not that much more ....!, She talked us thro all the process and the outcome was ..the , passports arrived in the post in just under 7days .....I've never known servi... read more
