I was in the store on Thursday and the young lady called Tia was very helpful. I had no idea how to get my photos and she did it for me and explained it all so I know what I’m doing next time

Karen Cunningham at Peterlee Asda has the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen in along time. Her approach appearance and attitude is to high standards and very rare these days. I just had to tell you how happy I am, I highly recommend her to family and friends she goes above & beyond. Three times I’ve visited the photo store each time she has giving her all in a highly professional manner please please please keep her at Peterlee Asda she is the best by far.

The lady called Karen in the photo department was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me with picking a gift and done everything for me. I couldn’t have managed without her.

It very shameful been there twice and assistant was not there both time and Puting the sign board Sorry I am out and been back later. Frustrating as a customer to manage the time specially on work. if they don’t want business need to allow other
