We went in today 2/08/2025 to get our passport photos done to send with our paper applications and the member if staff in the shop said he could do this digitally for us and explained how this works and how much it would be to do. We took the option of doing this way and the member of staff explained at every stage what was happening and we were very impressed with not only the digital process but also the friendly member of staff who was chatting to us and having a laugh with us which made our time in the shop stress free. ... read more
Emma and David were so kind, friendly and went above and beyond to try and help me with printing some pictures. They couldn't have been more accommodating. The staff in here are always quick to help, they give you time to talk through what you want, they are patient with you and show such genuine customer service which makes all the difference.
