Went into Hucknall shop today to get my kids passports done, I have been putting this off because I expected it to be a big job, but I was so wrong! The lady in the shop, I think her name was Lily, was so helpful, we were in and out in 5 mins! She was really good. Thanks Lily, I’ll be back to do mine and the hubbys next week

Had an amazing experience, went in today to do a large amount of prints and Lilly was so helpful. She said it was okay for us to come back after we have finished shopping which saved us so much time ☺️

I visited the shop last week to print some photos, but I was having issues with my phone. The lady who helped me (I think her name was Lilly) was absolutely fantastic. She was so patient, kind, and took the time to work through the problem with me, even though it took quite a while to resolve. We were in the middle of a heatwave and the shop was incredibly hot, but she never once made me feel rushed or like I was a nuisance.
