Rude woman behind the till wouldn't listen when we told her the self service machine wasn't working we were waiting for 10 mins. She kept insisting it just takes ages. When she did eventually come over, she put a new roll of printing paper in and told us it will take ages to print and to wait again. A big red pop up on the screen appeared after waiting a few mins telling us to as a staff member for help. We asked the woman behind the till again for help and she told us she was busy so we left. Really good service. Was even asked what the passports photos were for so the correct size was selected. Only thing I might have wished was for the lady to ask me for my opinion when she took the photos rather than just at the end.
Absolutely lovely staff, so helpful and caring. The young lady helped us doing a blow up for a funeral photo and we were humbled by her kindness and customer care. The blown up photo was excellent too.
Did my photos of my children and wasn't really any point as can't see my children on the pictures because they've not been taken correctly. I mentioned this before leaving and wasn't offered a re take. I emailed head office and they said go back instore but since I wasn't helped when I mentioned my pictures was too light I just think their service here is poor.
