I went to the Broughton Retail Park to order a 3D crystal image. The lady (Ange) serving assisted in getting the photo image onto their system, provided excellent advice on how to get the best pic, and understood our urgency in getting the gift at the soonest possible time. She went above and beyond to give our experience at Max Spielman a very positive outcome. Will definitely use this service again.
Laura was awesome. Really helpful and knowledgeable on the technology in the store that enabled my prints. Cheers, photos will go to my aunt's for Xmas, that'll make their day

Very good service from both employees. I had Abbie take some ID photographs and they came out great, very friendly staff member. Took less than 10 minutes and good price!
Absolutely brilliant service we visited at Christmas time when it's busy and had a issue that need resolving last minute. The staff were so understanding and helpful they did the photos so quickly and they came out perfect. We will definitely be going to the Broughton shop in future. Would like to particularly point out that Kelly was amazing such a lovely member of staff who clearly works really hard. Thank you 😊
