I Would like to say that the lovely lady in your Hexham main street store is so helpful, she has on the few occasions I have been in really stuck with some difficult asks, she will really pursue something until you are absolutely satisfied, I'm really sorry that I can't remember her hame but she has short dark hair. Excellent service.

I needed some advice about creating a montage of Images. Sharon was great! She made sure that I knew how to get online, assured me that the process was one I could manage myself but also told me that she would be happy to help me. She could not have been more welcoming and encouraging.

We are so delighted that Nicky is back in your Max Speilman Hexham Branch. After sadly losing my husband last year, I contacted some friends who are both professional photographers to see if they could develop some photos of him, for my daughter’s first birthday without him . What a find! Nicky has been so helpful when I needed some photographs taken, processed, digitalised and sent to the printers. Nothing was too much trouble, it’s good old-fashioned service and I couldn’t be more delighted with her and the shop. I’ll be recommending Max Spielmann to everyone!
