To the dude who rudely moaned "Were not Tesco!" Like im an idiot if I asked if they take Clubcard, yes I know that! But youre located inside a Tesco which means you could've had a partnership with them. Next time leave your sass at home mate.
Had my children's passport photos took here today and the guy was absolutely fantastic! I was at 3 other shops and even tried a booth to which were all unsuccessful . The guy that was on shift at your shop today 3.5.24 got them both done and pretty quickly at that! They are 3 and 4 years old so getting a pic to the guidelines is so difficult and on top of this my son (4yo) is on the autism spectrum . Max.. What can I say.. I was all over Inverness yesterday and of all the staff that served me in all the shops, you stood out by a country mile. You were friendly, professional and just a genuine good guy. Service like that should be shouted from the rooftops. Your kindness took me aback and I was telling a friend when it dawned on me that I should really thank you, hence this review. Travelled 60 miles to use your service at the Inverness branch, only to get to the store and be greeted by a young lady on her phone. she was not interested in lifting her head to serve us,she continued her chat on social media.(you could see what she was doing!) so after getting her attention I asked if she was able to help us, we were looking at getting a video on to a DVD. Must admit to actually having not used Max Spielmann before, although have seen them around for years, and have been quite pleasantly surprised. I believe they're part of the Timpsons group, so should be quite ethical and treat their staff decently if that's true and it's the type of consideration that you make.
