I have visited Crawley Max Spielmann a lot and Michelle is always wonderful. So pleasant and friendly, helps me with everything every time and still has a laugh and a joke with me. Even though I should absolutely know how the machines work by now she always helps so kindly and never moans about how busy it is or anything. She is what makes the shop 10/10. I hope her boss sees this and gives her a treat, she works hard and deserves it!
