I’ve used the Maldon Max Spielmann on many occasions and can’t fault their service. I sometimes have trouble connecting to the printers and every single time, someone has helped in one of the nicest ways I’ve ever encountered in a shop. Emma-Lou has been constantly amazing, even offering to help me despite it being the end of her working day. Emma-Lou in the Maldon branch was extremely helpful with setting up my husband’s passport for him. It was so easy from start to finish, she did it all for us with a smile despite the booth being very busy. She assured us that we would constantly be informed as to the progress of the new passport, which was true, altogether a perfect service ..thank you. We have returned since & been extremely pleased with the service & product we received.
