Iv had 2 separate occasions to visit the shop to get birthday pictures done for family recently. One time Dave help me,& yesterday Amanda. Both of them were brilliant & made it easy,& not stressful at all for me to get exactly what I needed. Huge Thanks to them both as they were Amazing.
I went into the Hastings store and was meet by a very helpful and friendly member of staff Amanda. I use the service quiet often and I am always given great service.

We came with a query over the size of the image we wanted with a border to fit into a particular frame . Amanda was able to come up with sound advice and with her skills and knowledge of the capabilities of the various printers was able to produce something that we were very satisfied with. Amanda & Dave have helped me over several sessions to obtain various photos of my deceased wife for a tribute wall. Their help has been exceptional and has resulted in a series of photos I could not have imagined possible from the photos I had. Amanda was absolutely fantastic, wanted some old photos restored and they were so much better than expected. Amanda's customer service was spot on, a true asset to the company. The AI computer has made such a difference to pictures thought damaged beyond repair. Thankyou so much.

Went in towards closing time for instant photos, Amanda was great, very friendly and helpful. She didn’t rush me even though the machine took ages and kept her past closing time! Always goes the extra mile to help when needed! Will always go to Tesco extra for photos for the friendly staff 😀
