Dont bother ringing the shop as they never answer the phone or return calls. They also do not respond to emails, we tried over the course of a week to no avail! (Called several times Mon- Thursday in the morning so they can't have been that busy) Tried to book to a family photoshoot session. We wanted to do it on my mums birthday as a present which falls on a Sunday. The 2 staff members of shift were shocking help. I asked for help previously and they admitting to knowing I printed duplicate without realising I went to the counter for some advice or help on what I could do and the staff were very rude towards me. I can assure max spielman I will no longer be using any of their shops due to the incident with their hanley shop and rudeness towards customers.
I absolutely love this shop! There's always something really lovely or eye catching in the window that makes me want to come in, and when I do, the walls are always filled, showing off different things that they can offer. The 3 ladies that work in the shop are always very welcoming, friendly and willing to help. i went into the store and first used the automatic machine to print pictures (this machine is there so customers can do it themselves without asking for assistance). she approached me in a harsh tone, asking what i wanted and telling me that the option i was pressing (“other services”) wasn’t meant for me, but for them. she basically told me to get off the machine. when i tried to explain that i was there to pick up some prints i ordered, she immediately lost her patience, interrupting me and saying, “we don’t do that here.... read more
Went in today to get a painting my wife had made printed out, with a frame only came to £18 so well worth the price Staff were really friendly and helped us to find a frame and chatted with us while it got printed, we are very happy with the result
