Vinny was super helpful and really patient! When the machine wasn’t working properly he simply found a solution and made it work! Whilst helping me he also helped 3 other customers, all of whom left happy with their photos!! The photos were for a party the following day and Vinny stopped the panic and made it all ok!!Whilst Danielle didn’t help me today I heard her on the phone twice being really supportive of a customer who needed a fast track passport, talking them through the process and helping them find a solution and a... read more
