Just wanted to print a form out - 22 pages in total. Once printed I was told it would be £16! Absolute disgrace and robery! Luckily I only had £10 on me which they took but still at £10 this is a disgraceful price. Best avoided.
Visited today and the lady assisted me with frames and prints! Didn’t get her name but the service was fantastic! She even framed the prints for me… just thought she was so helpful and service was brilliant.

Travelled to the Galleries on two buses with my three granddaughters on my only day off from work to get some photos took for gifts for Christmas only to be told I needed to prebook. Nothing stating this is in the shop or on website. I’d of understood if the shop was busy but it was not!
I have been visiting this shop for a year ,each month , allways very helpful, called in thus week and ended up walking out, was a older lady and her attitude was dreadful, I even asked her if she had a attitude towards me, she then started being a little better , I won't be bk , think this lady needs to know its us customers that help to keep her in a job ,
