Went to Halesowen shop for new passport. Lady named Lauren helped me. Have to say she went above and beyond and so pleasant and smiley. She was so busy and kept telling the people waiting how long she'd be whilst also helping a young man doing work experience. She certainly deserves 5 stars.

I wanted an old photo copied, but afterwards i wasn't quite happy with it. The lovely assistant Lauren was so helpful and explained why the quality was not very clear. She spent time sorting out it with me. The photo was special as my son passed away inb1999 aged 16 and this was the only photo we had when he wasn't in a tracksuit
