I popped into Max Spielmann to get passport photos done for my kids, and honestly the whole experience was so much better than I expected thanks to one of your staff members. She was really lovely, super patient, friendly, and great with the kids. Getting little ones to sit still for photos isn’t easy, but she made it fun and kept them relaxed the whole time. Just had the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Needed help printing a card and Rebecca was so friendly, helpful & knowledgable. Great service & all done in minutes which was perfect as I was running last minute. Definitely recommend all round, really happy with the end product too & a reasonable price. Thanks Rebecca
