Beth was awesome. I called shortly before closing yesterday to ask about passport photos. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and answered my question straight away. Today, she recognised my voice, recalled our conversation and was very welcoming. Beth explained the process and within no time photos taken, printed, emailed and I was out the door. Very efficient which I appreciated. Beth is definitely an asset to your business.
