Following an excellent experience in Dumfries store 4/6/26 I returned this am 5/6/26. What can I say … how disappointing the male worker in store of whom I can only describe as extremely rude and would certainly benefit from Customer Care training . Not one word spoken during my time in store. I was unable to see his name visible however he was sporting a ponytail so will be easily identified.
