I have been into the Newark store 3 times recently and have to say Bella is the most pleasant lady. She is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her. She is so knowledgeable about her job and has a lot of patience when explaining things.
I would like to say how amazing the service I received today the assistant Bella customer service is absolutely amazing came in with some old photos and colour restored the pictures honestly it was unbelievable my mum is in tears with happiness you have made me and my mum remember happy childhood memories thank you

Came in on my parents recommendation to get my passport renewed and they weren’t wrong my mum said she was a lovely lady and it was so easy well I can testify to that thank you Bella for a great passport service

Came in yesterday to have some old photos re printed , to be truthful I wasn’t expecting much but Bella cleared them up sharpened and even made some of them colour all I can say is that it felt magic. This lady did my photos as well as dealing with her other customers absolutely great service she is a wonder to behold as you watch her work Just felt I needed to say this

I just want to say how lovely Bella is it is so refreshing when someone is genuinely interested in your day and she is so approachable I only came in for some photos copies for a UPS return but she helped and she was so accommodating thank you because she really dose make a difference

Absolutely fabulous service, fantastic customer service Bella is so proficient in her job came in Tuesday and put some photos on a usb a young gentleman was in but they didn’t go on correctly, Bella sorted the issue out put on the rest of my photos plus a few extra for no extra charge fabulous fabulous fabulous cannot recommend enough great asset to the company
