I came to Max Speilman in Asda Huyton Village to print photos off my iPhone. Lilly came over to help. She was the only staff member working this morning. I could not thank her enough. She helped me print the photos. And after I had chosen photo frames (which she helped me choose). She very kindly offered to place each one in the frames. Thank You Very Much Lilly for going above and beyond in helping me.
I would like to thank your lovely assistant who was working on Friday 21st May at around 5 o'clock. I needed some prints of my phone. Nothing was a trouble to her. She even found me the perfect frame for my pictures to go in. So annoyed I cant remember her name. Thank you, will definitely call again.
I have been here 3 times to print a few pages from a USB pen, and 3 times they give me 3 different prices. Why do you not expose the cost of printing clearly, instead of leaving the staff free to decide?
Everytime I go to this Max Spielmann, the girl that is there is really helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. I always go there purely because of her and I know im going to get the print or frame i needed. As you can see, that's today's print done and put in the frame for me. Outstanding service!
Brilliant customer service from Emma the area manager and the other member of staff who I believe was also called Emma. We had just had the worst experience ever from Huyton post office trying to get my Granddaughter a passport. They just didn't want to do it.
