I met a lady called Liz on the Photo Print Dept when I called into Asda Gateshead for a label print out today, she was so pleasant and helpful as I wasn’t sure how to set up my phone to contact with the printer she sorted it all for me. I very much wish more shop staff were like her.

I called in today to print some prints off for a birthday present and. I really struggled with the machine after scanning my QR code , Im normally pretty good with things like this so I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t get my pictures up on screen. I have to give a big shout out to Liz, the lovely, friendly and very helpful lady that helped me. She also helped me order 2nd prints and also show me some gift options available. Liz is a credit to your company and I really wanted to let you know.

I visited the store located in Gateshead Asda as was interested in having photos taking of my 6 week old baby and was assisted by Christine who could not have been more helpful. She took a range of gorgeous photos and was so patient - especially as my baby was difficult to settle at times. I’m so pleased with the photos and honestly cannot praise Christine enough. I got the platinum package which was such a good price and really happy with the prints. Really recommend this store to anyone wanting nice photos.
