I visited your Pilsworth Branch this morning to print some photos for my Mum's Wake. Chelsea was incredibly patient, took complete control of the task, and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. This level of empathy and care is rare, and I wanted to ensure it was formally recognized. I will be recommending this store to all. Thankyou Again Chelsea.

Holi Jayde was let down at the last minute by a member of staff so was covering on her own in the Asda Pilsworth Store. A delivery of 1,000 frames had just been delivered and she had the time for customers and time to unpack the delivery. It was also very hot weather. What a star
