After trying to return a UPS Amazon parcel we finally managed to do it this shop today. The lady was absolutely amazing, friendly and sorted it for me as I had no idea what I was doing. Thanks so much. Don’t get her name but honestly even my husband said the same. Thanks again.
Amazing service, I’d been to happy snaps new store in Leeds . I asked if the glare could be taken off the glasses in my husbands photo . A BLUNT NO ! With attitude. That’s when I client to my local MAX SPIELMANN store in Bingley. I explained what my request was , not a problem, within minutes the glare was removed. This guy was amazing in your branch ! Excellent customer service from Nicky. Great passport photo service with helpful advice for completing an online application. Also had some lovely photo gifts from here - again Nicky was very helpful advising which images would work best for the various gifts.
