I just want to say thank you to Michelle. My daughter used to come into this shop and discuss with Michelle which concerts they were going to . The last one they talked about was Lewis capaldi. After then my daughter was taken ill and was unable to go to any concerts. I came in over the weekend to see Michelle to let her know my daughter has passed away . As a mother herself Michelle just hugged me and let me cry. Michelle thank you for the poster for my daughter’s funeral. I hope you can make it in your concert top.

I had a really bad experience with another company. I read the reviews on line and thought I would try. So I went to your Telford shop . I wasn’t disappointed. I met Michelle and I told her about all the issues I had had . She instantly calmed me down. She is such a kind lady and doesn’t rush anyone. She makes us customers feel like we are the only ones who matter in that moment. On my second visit she instantly remembered me and was so happy to see me again. Michelle is definitely a one of a kind special person

I just wanted to say thank you to Michelle . My mum was in her shop and started to feel unwell. She went and the Tesco first aider who called an ambulance. Michelle called me and stayed with my mum till the ambulance had to leave. She even visited her after work. Michelle thank you so very much for your kindness

Wow amazing customer service from Michelle today . She was in the middle of dealing with me when a very rude customer came into the shop and was shouting abuse at her. They had ordered something online and wasn’t happy with the result. However it’s wasn’t printed in store. Michelle looked and apologised and just simply redid it for them. She was so polite and helpful. A true leader

I came into store after someone recommended I visit . I was told how lovely Michelle and Layla were and of course I had read the reviews. However the reviews are only the tip of the iceberg . I recently lost my husband . I came into Telford shop and met Michelle. She was so patient and friendly with me as I really did not know what I wanted. After a while Michelle took me up to the cafe and we had a coffee and she let me cry and talk about my husband. I can not thank her enough for this compassion she showed me. I will be returning to get some more things printed

Michelle always goes above and beyond. I was telling her about an email I had received that I was worried about . She looked at it and googled the company and we were still unsure if it was a scam . As we was talking two police officers walked past and Michelle ran out to get them . Explained what had happened. They advised me on what to do . Thank you so much Michelle.
