Wow amazing customer service from Michelle today . She was in the middle of dealing with me when a very rude customer came into the shop and was shouting abuse at her. They had ordered something online and wasn’t happy with the result. However it’s wasn’t printed in store. Michelle looked and apologised and just simply redid it for them. She was so polite and helpful. A true leader

I came into store after someone recommended I visit . I was told how lovely Michelle and Layla were and of course I had read the reviews. However the reviews are only the tip of the iceberg . These two girls are so friendly and really do go above and beyond in there job. Michelle especially is an amazing person. So friendly and really listens to what I say . I recently lost my husband . I came into Telford shop and met Michelle. She was so patient and friendly with me as I really did not know what I wanted. After a while Michelle took me up to the cafe and we had a coffee and she let me cry and talk about my husband. I can not thank her enough for this compassion she showed me. I will be returning to get some more things printed

Michelle always goes above and beyond. I was telling her about an email I had received that I was worried about . She looked at it and googled the company and we were still unsure if it was a scam . As we was talking two police officers walked past and Michelle ran out to get them . Explained what had happened. They advised me on what to do . Thank you so much Michelle. Come into this shop after being in for years due to bad service from the previous manager. I was greeted with a friendly hello and straight from the start was made to feel very welcome. This experience was totally different from my last one. Michelle did apologise for how I was treated before . I will be back now Michelle is manager
