A lovely young lady named Morra (MM) answered the telephone this morning and was very helpful. We came this afternoon to renew my husbands passport and the same young lady served us . What a polite helpful person who gave a first class friendly service a credit to your company
Went in for help as was let down on a engagement banner that was needed that very day. didn't think they would be able to help at such short notice, but the really nice guy in the shpp was able to put one together for us. They are not cheap but very good quality.
Got to say that the staff who work at this Max Speialman are fantastic. Special shout out to Caroline. Three days before Christmas and it was really busy but Caroline handled any queries really professionally, she is a credit to the company. Nothing is ever too much for her..
