Absolutely fabulous service today, went for passport renewal and the lady was amazing. Very informative and helpful would highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic Caroline, does talk but she gives all the information needed, and she is very good at multitasking, with the 4 customers instore, one was having a passport application done, I needed to know what offers were on, thank you Caroline
