Visited the store today and was served by Latisha… she was brilliant and very polite, nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very chatty and made me and my husband feel very welcome in the store. We haven’t seen her in this store before so we asked where she normally works and she told us it was Sutton store. We will definitely be going there to visit her again in the Sutton store.
