I came in today to get a passport arranged for my 6 week old daughter, Elaine was so patient as my daughter was not cooperating! It was quite busy in store but she never put us under pressure. We ended up asking her to take some package photos for us too and they have turned out so beautiful! All I’ve wanted was some pretty pictures of my girls and Elaine managed it with absolutely no problems whatsoever!
Had an amazing experience with a lady on Friday 7th November 2025. Took my little boys photos and was brilliant with him! Had lots to choose from and she was super helpful and so fast considering how busy the shop was. Top lady I will be back ✨
Highly recommended service and staff that took care of my Son’s passport previously and today for my own passport renewal. Staff member Eileen who was working on her own today was great with me but also fantastic with the other customers before me, she is a real credit to the Store.
