The lady in Nax Spielman was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable with all the info required to submit application online, they also have an option for them to do the full application fior you. I had my passport photos taken a few days ago at Max Spielmann, Mold branch. The lady that took the photo was lovely and efficient.. Today I decided to apply for my passport renewal at the same branch. Again, the lady was lovely and chatty, she wasted no time and everything went very smoothly. It was an excellent service, considering that they also send the old passport away as well. Unfortunately I didn’t ask their names, but they deserve credit.
