I needed some prints from my phone and had no idea how to use the machine. Angela and Alice at the Southport store at Kew were amazing. I had a one to one tutorial with a friendly face who nothing was too much trouble for. I was very surprised at the ease and quickness of everything and would highly recommend them to anyone needing prints. Excellent customer service and a big thank you from me.

Angela and Lee were extremely helpful. I was having problems getting a renewal passport, they took my photo and guided me through downloading it to the passport office. By the time I left the booth I was much calmer. They gave me exceptional service

Great service by chance I decided to call in at Max Spielmann, I presumed it closed same time has Tesco, a member of staff was cashing up, I asked if she could do a passport photo, the lady said of course, that she wouldn’t be long. I know the shop was closed, just want to mention the dedication and friendly service was superb, I took her name from name badge (ANGELA)

I was in emotional state after the loss of my son, I came in to max Spielmann to make a collage of photos for memory of my son, a lady called Angela assisted me with this, which helped me incredibly, I kept bursting in to tears, but she encouraged me to have positive thinking and remember all my treasure memories of him, I would like her to be mentioned by her manager for her comfort and support towards me, I am not a regular customer, but I certainly will be from now.
