UPDATE. Thank you Customer Support for your prompt response to my review and your offer of a £5 refund. I would have contacted you directly had I your contact details to sort out this issue. I understand that you are unable to explain why the photo was of such poor quality since it is some time ago but that you will be investigating it further. I have modified my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Took a 110 negative here last year. I was assured it would be cleaned and professionally printed and saved to a disk. No disk shocki... read more
