Tom was so helpful and he was really busy too with what looked like a fiddly assignment for a customer. I’m very grateful for his knowledge in helping me with my visa photographs. Friendly and even though he was busy and it was towards the end of the day, I didn’t feel rushed at all. A great ambassador for the business. Initially I felt the cost for the photos was excessive and I left feeling it was value for money! Thanks Tom! Was nice to chat with you.

Tom was absolutely brilliant. Came in to update renew my passport (also my husbands). Amazing service - took us through the full process from start to finish passport due in a couple of weeks. Fantastic - would recommend the service to everyone I know. Tom is a credit to the company

Alex, was very efficient, polite and took all our stress away in applying for our passports. Alex explained the procedure and carried out the process for us, we were very grateful. Alex was very chatty, friendly and extremely professional and the staff in Max Spielmann, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend anyone going to the store in Lancaster
