Alex, was very efficient, polite and took all our stress away in applying for our passports. Alex explained the procedure and carried out the process for us, we were very grateful. Alex was very chatty, friendly and extremely professional and the staff in Max Spielmann, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend anyone going to the store in Lancaster

I have been coming to Max Spielman on a regular basis. Getting prints off my phone. The manager is always very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Cannot recommend him enough.
