We were looked after by Lincoln at your branch in the big Tesco at Broadstairs. What a lovely helpful young man. He was always checking everyone was ok without being intrusive. He is very patient and seem genuine when he said he was happy to help. Any public facing job can be difficult at times so Lincoln is a credit to your company.

The two young people who work in this store are outstanding. Nothing is too much for them. The customer service is brilliant. By comparison the young men in the mobile phone shop next door are vile.
