Kim was FANTASTIC. For some reason the pictures on my daughter's camera wouldn't print on the kiosk. She spent about 15 minutes making it work and managed to get me the prints I was after. Great work

I have dyslexia i called in and brilliant staff in leeds Merrion center shop help me he has dyslexia to it was great for some with same disabilty and understanding he helped me do forms his name is Adrien he was so helpful so supportive brilliant young man i could not ask for more hes a keeper .

I was as looking to print out quite a lot of photos for a birthday album. I needed a bit of help and Kim was brilliant at guiding me through the process (of all 200 photos!) and making sure that the images were sized appropriately and no heads were cut off. They looked really good! Great service and very grateful for all of the assistance!
