Visited yesterday to use the passport photo and renewal application service. Katie looked after us and made the process straightforward. A lovely helpful lady it was a pleasure to be looked after by Katie and I would recommend anyone to visit. She explained everything to us and took great care with the application. Thank you Katie, much appreciated.
The lady who served me was very helpful, there was a great range of products available to choose from and all with a speedy service :)

The staff were excellent, really helpful. Thank you
super helpful and smiley face
Shrewsbury stand in the Darwin centre Lizzie and Katie were brilliant and the full arrive cost more but worth it. Passport came through within the week plus my old passport got returned as well. Good to take the hassle away if rejected photos. Thanks and well done both top girls and top service Neal Gombes
