Gemma was brilliant, so kind, helpful and patient. I had a lot of printing to do and she handled a lot of customers whilst I was there in a proffesional and good humoured way,
Gemma in the Newmarket store gave exceptional service. She was so helpful, pleasant cheerful person and great knowledge of her job. Considering we are not good with technology, Gemma did everything for us and we are very pleased with the outcome of our purchase.
Business response:
Thank you for your review, Gina. We're glad Gemma provided such helpful service and made your experience at our Newmarket store a positive one.
Absolutely blown away by our first visit! My granny and I popped in yesterday and from the moment we walked through the door, Gemma was so lovely and helpful. The photo quality and machines are top tier, and it was especially lovely to see the care she took showing my granny how everything worked. Such a great experience and we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
Gemma went completely above and beyond to help me today. She helped me get some printing done and sorted a poster for my daughter – something I’d been completely stuck on for months. She made the whole process so easy and nothing was too much trouble. She was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and had a lovely smile the whole time. It’s so rare to receive service like that these days. Thank you, – you made what had been a stressful job feel effortless. Highly recommended!
Gemma could not have been more helpful or accommodating in ordering frames at the last minute and assisting with prints for a birthday present. Absolutely brilliant service, thank you very much!
Gemma (I think!) was really helpful and spent lots of time finding us exactly the right solution for what we were looking for. It was much appreciated and the product we’ve ended up with is exactly what we had in mind - great quality and service!
