Gemma went completely above and beyond to help me today. She helped me get some printing done and sorted a poster for my daughter – something I’d been completely stuck on for months. She made the whole process so easy and nothing was too much trouble. She was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and had a lovely smile the whole time. It’s so rare to receive service like that these days. Thank you, – you made what had been a stressful job feel effortless. Highly recommended!
