I went to the store in the trinity today and was served by the lovely Connor. He was super helpful and helped me with a collage of pictures, very friendly and pleasant. Great experience. Will definitely use this shop again 😊Â
Recently went into Max spielmann in Leeds trinity shopping centre with some old camcorder tapes of my late father Connor talked me through the process and reassured me they would be looked after and safe , got them back within 2 weeks and was able to surprise my mum with them who was made over , fantastic service highly recommend . The service was great. I’d like to particularly mention Senay who helped me out at the Leeds trinity shop. Unfortunately I believe the photo requirements for the Indian passport was not up to date. This meant that the photo was refused at the embassy and I was required to take a new one at the embassy.Â
Great service from Stephen when we came in to buy a canvas print. He explained everything really well and showed us previews of the finished print. He even tweaked it a bit to enhance it. Looking to get another one soon !!. Thank youÂ
