Just had the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Needed help printing a card and Rebecca was so friendly, helpful & knowledgable. Great service & all done in minutes which was perfect as I was running last minute. Definitely recommend all round, really happy with the end product too & a reasonable price. Thanks Rebecca

Absolutely fantastic Jack and Ethan are a credit to Timpsons! So friendly and helpful ! In a world where customer service is being led by automation it’s an absolute pleasure to receive good old fashioned service! I left smiling. No doubt my old cowboy boots will now last another decade at least! Great for sustainability and the planet!
Went to chelmsley wood branch today 06/03/26, was greeted by Jaime and Katie, who helped with my purchase. All i had to do was turn on my Bluetooth , then Jaime did the rest. She was helpful, friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. Amazing service from both Jaime and Katie, who were busy with other customers, but treated everyone with the same great service and help. I will always go to chelmsley wood branch. Thank you Jaime and Katie. 10 out of 10. 😁
