Rom is bloody awesome. He was so nice! I was very nervous to drop off my watch as it’s very valuable and of high sentimental value but Rom put my mind at ease and was super gentle and kind. I came in twice before sending it off and his service was what convinced me to use you! Then the watch itself is beautifully repaired. It works much better and it was even valeted (I think Rom asked but still!) Honestly so blown away that made my day!!! Promote Rom! He’s awesome!
We were helped by Lindsay this morning. I was struggling to figure out how to use the printing machine while trying to keep a stroppy 3 year old calm! She offered her help and made a fuss of my son (which he loved!) Got our prints done quickly and had a lovely chat while doing them. She was lovely, personable and patient

Needed 6x4 pictures to print wasn't sure how to do them. The lady at the till was very friendly and helpful. Saved pictures on my phone so whilst I went shopping she got them all developed.

Came into the store and I did not have a clue how to use the machines and what sizes I need and how to change anything and Connor was extremely professional extremely friendly and I got some great photographs printed at great value
