Romel is the kindest the most helpful person on earth, what ever I say I haven’t said enough. I wish him all the success in the world. He is honest, kind and wonderful. I called in yesterday just as an equiry and ended up purchasing a photo in a frame. The service was outstanding and such a nice atmosphere in the shop I didn’t catch the name of the lady serving me but both ladies were so helpful to a very busy shop
Romel Gordon-Grazete saved my life when my car key broke in the lock! Was very grateful for his friendly nature, positive can do attitude and his willingness to go above and beyond to get my car key sorted. I recently visited the Max Spielman branch in the Ipswich Asda and was served by a gentleman named Eden. From the moment I arrived, he was polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Even though he explained he was very busy at the time, he was honest about the wait and advised that I could either book an appointment or return in an hour.
