I presented the staff with a difficult problem which involved getting a pdf file downloaded and scanned. Due to the nature of the file and problems with in store WiFi this did not happen as easily as I had anticipated. However the staff member - Ellie, was exceptionally patient, polite and showed the most amazing problem solving skills I have seen. Andrea from the Cardiff bay store was absolutely fantastic. I bought 2 photo albums in a certain colour and wanted a third but were out of stock. She took my number and said when she was at another store she would see if they’d have it. 5 minutes later she rang to say she’d found one out the back and would keep it for me.
