Very positive experience. Dr. Polansky was professional and informative.
Explained all he was doing and home care. Made himself available for any issues later and responded to call about pain later in the day.
Recently I went to see Dr. Polansky for Mohs surgery on the back of my neck at Silver Cross. I would recommend this doctor to anyone needing this same type of surgery or having skin cancer issues. He explains exactly what the process is going to be and made me feel comfortable with answering my questions. I thought my visit was for a basic check-up/procedure. Turned out, there was a bit more involved. Everything was well explained and everyone checked up on me frequently while waiting for results.
Everyone was so friendly. Made me feel at ease. Dr.Max was amazing very professional explaining every step answered all my questions had good bedside manners.
Dr Polansky and his staff always do their best to make the procedures as painless as possible. They take care to make the patient as comfortable and at ease as possible.
