Schedule, friendly trainers and convenience
MaxStrength Fitness is a wonderful, clean, efficient way to work out! The trainer that you have with you each minute you're there makes you do the work properly, and provides encouragement to keep going. The training only takes 20 minutes of your time, and you can work out in your street/work wear. I highly recommend this wonderful program!
My only hesitation in recommending MaxStrength to others is the pricetag that comes with it. I know people that have gone to personal trainers that are paying less money for more time and more options. The MaxStrength monthly fee for an hour a week is high. I also realize that the techniques used at MaxStrength are different than traditional training methods, but both methods ultimately work so it's hard to justify "selling" MaxStrength over other methods given the cost.
My workouts build my strength and with that increased strength has come less pain, injuries and ability to maintain an active lifestyle. I enjoy so many activities with my friends and family, including moving my 23 year old son into his new apartment. Just he and I, flight after flight of stairs carrying furniture and suitcases and supplies!
