Good Place to Live Looking Forward The location is amazing and the appliances/windows are great, I really enjoy my time here. However, moving in was very confusing with no instructions on the process or utility set up. I often times hear all neighbors around me and the windows do not open up, making the utility bill higher than it needs to be (with air flow). Great place to live! The location is perfect, walking distance to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, and the lakefront. I like my unit, especially the appliances and waterfall counter top. I'm on the 5th floor and noise has not been an issue. The property is dog friendly and my dog is enjoying meeting the other neighbor pups. The biggest concern is the garage parking- my individual space is plenty large and the garage itself has bright lighting and feels safe. Great quality but one key concern The place is brand new and great quality on finishings. In unit washer/dryer and good appliances. Moving in was super easy and management helpful during these times. Plus, the location is a great mix of proximity to downtown, yet in a quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. My biggest concern is the lack of sound proofing in the ceilings above.
