Everyone who I had contact with from the original phone call I made, to the office ladies to Kim (who took my ex-rays, to Jennifer and Dr. Tara... Were fabulous. They understood my apprehension on going back to the dentist. I am so glad that my sister recommended this office to me ..I will no longer "intentionally" miss my appointments :)

The staff at this office, front and back office, deserve a raise! For being friendly, kind, sensitive, unhurried, gentle, professional, and more. After a number of less-than-positive experiences with dental offices, I found La Mesa Village Dental and never looked back. Highly recommended.
La Mesa Village Dental consistently provides the ultimate in dental services to me and my wife. The staff is friendly, professional, and treat their clients like family. My family has been treated at La Mesa Village Dental for over 20 years even though we now live in Temecula. Dr. Cervantes is a wonderful dentist, and has a wonderful staff woking in his offices!
My cleaning seemed very thorough, All my questions were answered and my dental concerns were addressed. Front Staff as always very polite, very helpful, accommodating and reasonable. Everyone greeted me with smiles and seemed very upbeat and engaging.
Exceptionally friendly staff. I was treated as though I was an important person. I was kept comfortable during the cleaning process and handled with care during each procedure. I don't like the stairs, very hard for me, however very bad for my husband who uses a cane. We lked every one that worked there. They seem to know the dentistrybuisness and that's what I need.
The hygienist that did my cleaning was excellent she was very thorough and patient. She took the time to explain things to me.
I have been going to the La Mesa Village Dental for over 20 years and the original office staff have been there. The office staff is the best I have ever encountered, they make the office and practice run like a well oiled machine,they make you feel like family each time you step into the office. Mary who is one of the hygienist is great at her job and makes patients feel at ease and has a great way with people. I highly recommend La Mesa Village Dental !!!
