We recently discovered a leak behind our heavy fridge that was also running downstairs to our bath and warping our wood floors. Mayes contacted us to diagnose over the phone before scheduling a visit. When the technician arrived, he surveyed the situation, determined the problem was the water shut off valve for the fridge. He quickly repaired it. Their service was professional, courteous and timely.
