5 star hygienist cleaning But only 2/3 star checkout because if I hadn’t challenged the receptionist she requested that I pay for the cl ranking instead of it normally being paid for by insurance. When challenged she said it was the computer system problem of categorizing the work. She told me ‘I needed to challenge the request to pay, every time’. Please fix this issue.
