This was our second CX5 Mazda model with Premier so glad sales mgr Mike was able to put us in house , Darren was also excellent in admin duties and lastly Kevin was excellent in tech support . The team gets a 10 from us !!

Premier Mazda continues his outstanding record of service to its customers as far as I’m concerned. My purchase of a 2017 CX five when does smoothly as possible. I received an offer for my used car that exceeded everything available online by $2000 at least. And there was no hard sell involved. Outstanding!

I came in for an oil change but also had a noise that needed to be looked at! Megan helped me explain the noise and then they learned the cause, they gave me a loaner and set realistic expectations for when I would get my car back! Megan kept me updated along the way, kept me informed of costs so there were no surprises! She even got my lunch box, charged, and sunglasses when we realized I wasn’t getting my car back the same day! Best service in Massachusetts easily!!
