I feel very strongly that I DID NOT NEED a new cabin air filter that they said I did I bought my car in April and it had FEWER than 6000 miles when it went in for its checkup. I will never have another service appointment there unless my son in law goes with me. As a senior female I feel that I was totally taken advantage of.
I had a broken tailight on my 2020 CX-5. Meghan quoted me about $800 plus tax. I found the part on line for $190. I asked Meghan if they could install it for me if I brought them my part. She said she would call me back. She never did. I found a video that showed me how to change it. It took me 6 minutes. Literally. And the new part is identical to the broken part, down to the writing on the back. I have 2 Mazdas that I have been servicing with you religiously. I will think twice about returning. A great place to buy a car. But a disaster for service. Shoddy work and high prices make this possibly the worst place to service a Mazda on the Cape.
Brought my car into the service center to be checked. I described that there was a hesitation issue in fourth gear and that the car had a lack of power. Service kept the car overnight and tested it for a total of 3.3 miles or driving. Said they couldn’t find any issues. They didn’t check the fourth gear like I had stated. Invoice says that I paid 150 dollars for them to use a scan tool and test drive the car. I’ve had issues here before and I urge others to stay away from the service department.
Confirmed with salesperson that I would buy a car and let them know I had a certified check made that day. Was told right before leaving (from out-of-state) that car was sold. I called to follow-up and have yet to receive a call back (it has been over 2 weeks). I have previously purchased a Mazda from another Mazda dealership and would recommend other dealerships in this area.

VERY UNPLEASANT I have dealt with Mark Correia and had a very good experience. This time I dealt with Michael Del Buono (General Manager) and was very displeased with the expierence. My issue with this purchase was that when I was in negotiations regarding the price I showed Michael the Kelly Blue Book Fair Market price for the vehicle and he stated that he was giving me a better price because the Kelly Blue Book price was with all the discounts & rebates included.
